Counseling for teens and adults in Flower Mound, TX

Professional counseling for anxiety, grief, and
life transitions
in Flower Mound, TX

Life is fabulous,
and life is tough.

I want you to know that you have the right to be a human and feel your feelings. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, tough life transitions, or grief, I am here to help. As your therapist, I provide a warm and safe space where you can freely share your thoughts and tell your story. Together, we can work through any struggles, discover new options, and bring peace to your journey.

You deserve non-judgemental and compassionate support. I believe you have the power to heal, grow, and transform.

My approach is creative, mindful, and strength-based. My passion is helping people realize they are capable, powerful, and worthy of love and respect. I love helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives and discover new, healthier ways to interact with friends and family.

I offer convenient in-person appointments at Flower Mound Counseling or online sessions for any Texas resident.

Empathetic and creative counseling for teens and adults in Flower Mound, TX

About Leslie McReynolds Counseling

I'm so happy you are here. My name is Leslie McReynolds, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by Dr. Lisa Grubbs, LPC-S. I'm here to support and guide you on your journey.

I help adolescents, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, grief, and tough life transitions. I also work with couples and families to navigate life and heal from hurts. Women's issues (what does it mean to be a woman today?) are important to me, and we will work to find your voice in a calm, safe space. Regardless of why you are seeking therapy, please know you are not alone. I am here to help, and I believe empathy, insight, compassion, humor, and creativity can help us navigate life's challenges.

I am experienced in anxiety, trauma, and grief, and I use existential, creative, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches in my practice. I provide authentic and compassionate therapy, focusing on what's working right and challenging things that aren't.

I'm married to Ken, mom to 2 thriving adults, a dog mom, a reluctant plant mom, a former art teacher, an artist, an introvert, and a voracious reader. I'm originally from South Jersey/Philadelphia and have lived in North Texas for nearly 30 years. I love to cook and eat good food, especially Italian. A perfect day includes a soft blanket, a hot cup of tea, a plate of carbs, a great book, and my dog sleeping underfoot.
